Everyday socks containing recycled fibre, sold to consumers worldwide as a one-off purchase. There is no membership, no subscription, no recurring delivery and no stored balance of any kind.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Dutch VAT of 21% applies where the sale is subject to it; the applicable tax is shown before you confirm an order.

3. Extended producer responsibility for textiles

Dutch extended producer responsibility for textiles (UPV Textiel) applies to parties placing textile products on the Dutch domestic market. This store sells worldwide in USD and does not currently place products on the Dutch domestic market. If that changes, registration with Stichting UPV Textiel will be completed before any such sale and the registration number will be published in this section. No registration number is claimed or displayed until that has happened.

4. Complaints and disputes

Send a complaint to support@starsocknl.rest or call +31 13 5231400. We confirm receipt within two working days and give a substantive answer within fourteen days. If an answer will take longer, we say so and give an expected date.

We are not affiliated with a sector dispute committee and we display no trust mark, because we have joined none. If a complaint cannot be resolved between us, you may bring the matter before the competent Dutch court. Consumers can also seek information from ACM ConsuWijzer, the consumer information desk of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets.

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) is the supervisory authority for consumer law and for claims about the characteristics of products sold to consumers in the Netherlands.
